Looking for New People to Follow

Image result for follow me meme

No, not looking for new FOLLOWERS (although that’s always welcome), I’m looking for new people to FOLLOW.

Recently, I’ve discovered that a lot of the people I follow have stopped blogging and vanished.  That, or I really just don’t follow a lot of people to begin with.

Either way, I’m bored 🙂

I love blogs about writing, publishing, fantasy, anything of that sort.  If you feel like your blog is a good fit for me, introduce yourself in the comment section and I’d be happy to check out your blog.  Don’t be shy!

    1. I appreciate the honesty! Nothing wrong with complaining about life. I’ll be sure to check it out. Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I think you might already be following me, but I love promoting other people’s blogs! I follow several writers (some are moms, so there’s also parenting mixed in) and you may or may not already be following them:

It’s always sad when bloggers vanish into the ether, but these seem to pop up in my reader frequently.

  2. My blog isn’t about writing although I do love it, especially fantasy. It’s about names, another passion of mine (https://anameaday.wordpress.com). I got into it because when I was younger I was always on the lookout for names for characters and I’ve just always held a deep fascination for them as I got older. So, if you’re ever looking for names you can browse through my blog and see if there’s anything that catches your interest. Behind the Name is also a great resource and one I go to frequently (http://www.behindthename.com).

As for any writing blogs I’m a little hesitant to put this up since it hasn’t been updated in years but it’s got a ton of good posts (at least I’ve always thought so) and honestly, it was the first ever writing blog I ever visited so I guess it’s always held a special place for me. (https://elizaw.wordpress.com). Another blog I’d recommend is https://pekoeblaze.wordpress.com, and although this one deals primarily with art there are also quite a few good tips about writing. The best part is, this person updates almost every single day and has been going on for about 5 years now.

The next links I’m going to post aren’t really blogs though they are related to writing. I think you may be interested in them and if not, that’s alright. They’re all interesting and I’ve found some inspiration in them from time to time.

http://dragonwritingprompts.blogspot.com – this one is a blog and though it’s been quiet for a few years, there’s tons of prompts and useful tips about writing.

That’s all I have right now. I hope you find these useful. Also, congrats on getting an excerpt of your book published 🙂 That must be beyond exciting.
