Dominic Sceski (Aul) is a sixteen year-old home-schooled student. He loves writing, all things fantasy, and he has a soft spot for emotional, well-plotted anime. He’s currently working on self-publishing his 18 volume series* The Golden Lands, which is a fast paced fantasy story, with characters that behave and think like anime characters.
Dominic’s drive for creating The Golden Lands (TGL) is dominated by his belief that writing can dramatically influence the world. He believes that giving people an exciting source of entertainment, while enjoining his audience to embark on a journey with his characters, is something that everybody longs for, and rightfully so. Connecting his readers with his characters, he endeavors to help them persevere through everyday emotional struggles, as well as give them hope in times that are really tough.
And he thanks you for reading all of this if you made it this far 😀
Happy writing and stay awesome!
*18 volumes is a generalization. Could turn out to be more, or less.
Nice! And I know I said this before, but I love the picture. 😉

Hi Dominic, and good luck on self-publishing your book! 😀
I found your blog while searching for the originator of The Blue Sky Tag because I just got tagged (I gave up in the end, there are just too many 😛). What caught my eye is that you’re a fantasy writer with anime influence, the first I encountered since starting my blog last month! While I’m more of a manga than anime person, your posts really resonates with me and have good pointers for a hobbyist writer like me. I look forward to more posts from you. 😀

Wow!! That’s awesome! It’s so nice to find other bloggers that like the anime side of my writing. Such people can be hard to come by, unfortunately. Thanks so much! Glad you found me!

Hey, Dominic, thanks for following me! Also, I wanted to tell you that I nominated you for the One Lovely Blog Award! Just for having a lovely blog that resonates with me. ❤️
By the way, for some reason the blog displayed under your name (in my follow list) is different from this one (montairyus). If that isn’t correct, you might want to have a look at it. 🙂

Yeahhhh Montairyus is my old blog, if you could please change it to The Golden Lands, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you for the nomination!!

I had never heard of anime until my youngest son developed a liking for it. I still don’t know a lot about it, but he is well and truly hooked. In fact, he’s currently holidaying in Japan 🙂 thank you, Dominic for the follow of my blog. Sorry it’s taken a while to get around to here – I’m trying to catch up on back log. Happy anime’ing 🙂

My apologies, Dominic. I didn’t realise your article that I just read about comments/likes was a reblog on someone else’s site. I then cam over to check out your About page….

No worries! I’m glad you told me because I often wonder why people keep finding an article that I published months ago!
